We hope you love your Hammam & Home purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely happy with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less the original shipping costs. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of credit, which can be used with us online. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date.

Return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) received are faulty or not as ordered. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Hammam & Home Customer Care at prior to sending it back. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping, therefore we recommend a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed.
