Return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) received are faulty or not as ordered. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Hammam & Home Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending it back. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping, therefore we recommend a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed.
